This sounds like a great event. I have a couple of questions. Do you have to be a member of NTSGA to attend? Do you purchase tickets?
I would love to attend.

Hey Bob,
I sure wish the dates of the October Jam, and the show in Kansas didn't fall on the same week end. I have been booked for that show and am unable to be in Nashville. I sure hate it, for it looks to be a great show.
Maybe next year...
Wish you all a really big pickin' time..
RP...'come on in'...

I got my fingers crossed. If the good Lord is willin' and the creek don't rise, I'll leave the house here about 4 am Friday the 5th. I should be at the jam by noon. Only thing between me and Nashville is ALABAMA.
Hope to see ya'll soon.

Jan Jones asked that I make this post. He advises anyone wanting to reserve a room to do so right away, as he has been told by the people at the Hotel Preston that rooms are going fast.

If you haven't listened to Carco you are in for a special treat. I can't make it , and it breaks my heart. All my favorite pickers are going to be having a blast. But I will catch up in Dallas.

Hey, I see my name on the list to play on Saturday morning. I didn't think I was on the show so I now have to get my guitar out of moth balls and start getting my chops up! I've played about 3 hours since I was at the show in Leslieville, Canada on July 10 or so. Wow! I'll make it and will see you there. Scotty
