After several months of playing Steel for other bands and somewhat losing the motivation to have my own group, my new wife has talked me into starting back up the Country Junction Band. As before, lots of shuffles and real COUNTRY MUSIC by Ray Price, Faron Young, Paycheck, Haggard, Conway, George Jones, Alan Jackson. . .just the good stuff!
Jim Worley will be returning as bass player & lead vocalist. Jason Putnam is also back but this time as our drummer, Also bringing in Mr. Adolfo Mayo, a local talent who's been performing around Nashville to be our lead guitarist and other vocalist.
I've already got several play dates lined up. Hope some of you'll come out and see us when we play. BTW. . . . our website address has changed. It's now www.thecountryjunctionband.com

Good luck with your new band, Nick. With that ultra-smooth steel you play, it's gotta make a great combo. I hope to see you again at Panasoffkee in the fall.

Your friend and fan,

Roy

Hey Nick, it's good to see you're firing it back up. Although we never did hook up to pick I always wanted to. Maybe someday I can come up and listen to you guys when it cools down. Good luck pal.

Bob

Now that I've seen the "trailer", I'd like to see the movie... er, I mean, "band." Wink

Good luck with the new band, Nick. It's a hard row to hoe... I've done it..., but it's worthwhile as you well know.
