Post by Morten Sand »

Collectors item!!!!!
Franklin D-10 for sale in Europe.
I have to sell my beatyful steelguitar.
I've got MS,and I'm not able to play any more.
The guitar is with 8 floor and 7 kneelevers.
It's a real special guitar cause it's serial number002 and it's been used by the great Paul Franklin jr.for two or three years.I't black and in very good shape.(See pictures at my homepage www.morten-sand.com )

Morten, I'm sorry to hear that MS has forced you to sell your prized guitar. My sister has MS too; I wish you the very best of health my friend.

Morten - that's bad luck, wish you all the best.

Who's the incredible Tele player on "Tele Terror" on your website?

Morten, I was saddened to hear the update on your condition. I have been to your site many times and marveled at your steel and equipment. You Norwegians seem to have so much real quality gear!!!

The second last time I was back to Norway, I stopped in at a music store in Brumundal to ask for directions to your house. When the store owner told me of your condition, I found it best to not drop in unannounced.

I have loved your playing ever since you played steel on that Øystein Sunde song.

Let me take this opportunity to say that I am proud to call you my friend although we have never met.

With the utmost respect,
Bent Romnes

I'm so sorry to hear about your condition.
Hope you find some pleasant alternative for steel picking.
sincerely

I know my playing is a bit pitchy, but at least my tone sucks

Ian: the Tele player is Lars Håvard Haugen, probably one of the best guitarplayers in this genre around.
Check him out here: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... d=50083629

Morten: Good luck selling the guitar my friend!
