Hey!
Do you guys have any info about these Kay made lap steel:



I'm especially interested in data about this particular pickup, which looks "crude".

Kay primarily manufactured "department store" style, inexpensive guitars from the 1930's to the 1960's. But they also made some hi-end, quality archtop guitars. Unfortunately the lap steels definitely fall into the "department store" department. I've never been able to discover model names or dates of manufacture as I could with Fender or Gibson or other major manufacturers.
