LJ,
I remember that club from back in the mid 80's when I played with the band at the Appaloosa Club on 7th street called Sagebrush Mountain Ambush lead by Randy Smith an up and coming steel player and band leader, those were great times and I remember Roy Rogers Jr played a lot there at the Cocky Bull off and on and guested with the house band which was real hot back then. I hope the club has a long and sucessful history.

LJ,
Do you know anything about the band "Debra Lee and Trigger Happy" that is playing at the opening of J.D.s Honky Tonk in Victorville, the following week [23rd, 24th and 25th]. This is great news. Two fresh places to go and hear good music.

LJ,
Randys brother Mark (Molinar)played Bass and what a singer he was. I played guitar and some steel but mostly shared the singing duties. I can't remember the names but there was another guitar player who was a good rock style player and a good drummer. All of us took turns singing from time to time. I am sure I will recall those other names in time. The band style was a New Riders/Eagles/ Merl Haggard. Yes the radio station KAAA is still around. I believe Randy was a home builder on the side? Take Care LJ,
