NEWSFLASH: Here comes Linda Reed. . . .
Well Boys & Girls, my wife Linda has decided to learn how to play on my old Lap Steel. After going to St. Louis and seeing those girl pickers like Sharon Denny, Margarie Mays, & Cindy Cashdollar. . . .it's been all she's talked about. It must of really fascinated her to no end, and besides she's always loved Hawiaan style music so there you go. Like I said "LOOK OUT, HERE SHE COMES". BTW, that's my little '46 Gibson Ultratone Lapsteel shes playing in the picture. I'm gonna try to find her a D-8 Fender Stringmaster later on. Ya'll shoot her an e-mail & give her a little encouragement how bout it! Her e-mail address is (am1070@comcast.net). Thanks folks, As you can probably tell I'm really exited. Nick

You know what they say...."The family that plays together, stays together"

at least that's what my ex used to say... Image

I hope that you'll get many hours of enjoyment learning and playing. And don't be shy to ask a silly question.....I have all of the silly answers! Image

Now you have two people in the house who will be dipping into the rent money to buy instruments, CD's, strings, bars etc.

Seriously, Congrats!

Hey Linda, welcome to the gang. Be for long, you will be wearing a hula skirt while you are playing all those romantic Hawaiian lullabies.
