Hi, just wondering if this guitar looks any good? Ran across it cause I searched under Steel "gitar" on Ebay...it's spelled incorrectly in both title AND description, so not many have viewed it. Thought I'd put it here incase anyone was interested.

I haven't seen much info in the archives about this brand, so want to know opinions please.

That's a Carvin model D88801. You almost never see their tripleneck instruments. Looks like it's in great shape, even with the little nick in the neck.

I built a steel back in the early 70’s, and used a Carvin pickup. It had good sound. I have seen some of their instruments, and they are of good quality. They haven’t made steel guitars for quite a few years Somewhere on the Forum, there is a link to one of their old catalogs that gives specific information on their line of steel guitars.

Thanks Brad. You and I were posting at the same time. I think your link is the one I had in mind.
