What settings do I Use on my Nashville 112 to get that beautiful high metal tone?

Depends on a lot of things: guitar, pickup, hands, etc. But try cutting the mids around 800 Hz back. I'm also a fan of running the bass less than zero and setting the amp on the floor. Dial the highs and presence as you see fit for the guitar and the room. YMMV. A lot.

If you do a search in the Electronics section you will find lots of suggested settings for the Nashville 112.

IMO these are no such things as typical amp settings useful anywhere. Your settings have to change for each venue depending on the environment - room size, floor type, wall type and shape, size of crowd, height of stage; all these require changes in EQ and/or volume to compensate in some way.
Your amp set one way in a den will not sound the same in a medium sized hall when you just turn it up...
