An introduction and new site for Weissenborn lovers!

Hi Every body, My name is Terry Buddell and I live in Gladstone Queensland on a yacht where I built my first Weissenborn guitar a few weeks ago! I have also written a " how to" book about the experience and its called Building a Weissenborn....You can see the guitar on my new site and it is www.buildaweissenborn.com I would also love to have any pictures of any old and interesting slide guitars that any of you might have. I'm keen on getting a section on 20's,30's and 40's slide players on my site and I'll publish any interesting tit bits anyone may care to send on arcus1@bigpond.com AS a point of interest what kind of strings did these people play? it must have been hell to try and replace them in the old days if you lived out of the city..anyone know?Please feel free to introduce yourself any time!
