What's the best way to patch your cable's using a Peterson StroboFlip Tuner and a BoBro pedal running into a Goodrich L120 volume pedal.I had it hooked up a couple of different ways, one in which I was getting some distortion. Confused

I just go straight from the guitar to effects (distortion then Bo-Bro to volume pedal) If I only use 1 amp I use the second output on my volume pedal to the tuner. If I use 2 amps, I just unplug a cord to an amp and plug it into the tuner. I don't put my tuner in my effects chain. I don't really feel the need to have my tuner active at all times. If you have to use the tuner often to make tuning adjustments while you play, you might need to find out why (guitar, strings, etc.). Often times, I tune my guitar at the beginning of the night and never touch the tuning after that. A lot of times, it is real close to being totally in tune the next weekend when I take it to play.
