I bought a mullen from Tommy,i had played emmons p/ps for years but like a dummy i sold them and then i tried several in search of the tone i wanted, but the guitar i got from Tommy is the BEST sounding all pull guitar i have owned, sustain like you won't beleave and tone is GREAT,what ever Tommy is doing it works..p/s i have the old model like is pictured here ser# 2175 wood grain finish..thats my two cents worth, and Jim Parker talking about tone he could stretch wire over a 2x4 and make it sound good.
c youn's..Charlie...

I can vouch for the tone this steel has ; heard Herby play it at Fulton and heard Dale Stacy play his and they both had the mod and they both had great tone. 8)

Get well soon , Tommy.

TB Henry I didn't ask him to, neither did I want to he is a representative of a mfg. and is gonna stay that way and I wouldn't even consider asking that ???, it was a show where he didn't have a guitar to play and I had this one that I proudly let him play it so that he would have something to play and it let everyone that was there to have a chance to hear it from a listeners point of view and everyone that stopped by there really enjoyed it and loved its TONE thanks for asking TOMMY

PS: TB you live real close to him. He lives in Sevierville just pick up your phone and ask if you are in need of knowing anything further, is what anyone else would do. I'm sure he will give you an honest answer TOMMY

I sat down behind this guitar this past Sat. at The DSSGA show in Ocean Springs, MS. This guitar has the best sound of any Mullen I've played, and the action is as smooth as melted butter. If I'd had the bucks, it would have come home with me. Someone needs to get this guitar....it will last a very long time.....and you'll get great enjoyment playing it.
