What is the weight of the MSA Super Slide single neck (8 string)? I couldn't find any specs. on the MSA website. I have a Sierra lap 8 that I truly love, but when it is on your lap you know "big momma" is present!
Thanks for any info. The SS is a "must have" for your collection. |

I believe Reece mentioned to me that the Super Slide weighs about 7 pounds.

Tom....thank you for your question. The accurate weight of the guitar and contoured padded case will be provided this coming week.
At this time I believe it to be about 10 pounds in the soft case. I can also tell you I have traveled with it as carry-on luggage and it fit into the overhead bin of a commercial airliner very nicely. |

| Hi Tom, my MSA SuperSlide 6 string unofficially weighs about 6.4 pound on my bathroom scale. Fat content is 0%. Hope that gives you a ballpark figure. |
