Hi Cindy

I saw a guy last weekend playing an 8 string no pedal steel and he said that it was tuned GECAGECA and that he had found the tuning on the internet.

Do your two lap steel DVDs use this tuning?

Her C6 videos use the tuning GECAGECG (high to low). That's almost the same as your tuning. The only difference is the 8th string.

I have both of Cindy Cashdollar's Western Swing videos and the tuning used is G E C A G E C A on both of them.
