I received this today and certainly didn't open the attachment. I did see 2 quarantened files in McAfee, new malware.n, so I deleted them. Did I pick something up even just opening the email w/o the attachment?

Dear Customer,

Our robot has fixed an abnormal activity from your IP address on sending e-mails.
Probably it is connected with the last epidemic of a worm which does not have patches at the moment.
We recommend you to install a firewall module and it will stop e-mail sending. Otherwise your account will be blocked until you do not eliminate
malfunction.

Ron;
Forward that email to me as an attachment and I will parse the actual codes to see if it contains an iframe, JavaScript, or HTML exploit. If it does I'll let you know what I think it is.

Otherwise, scan your computer with today's definition updates, for anti virus and anti spyware/Trojan programs.
