Shortening Website Links

Some websites have links that are very long. How does one shortening and change the title for posting on the Steel Guitar Forum?

Derrick, when you want to put a link to a website in your post first type [url= next you put in the url followed by ] now put in Click Here followed by [/url] All you'll see is Click Here when you read the post. So it'll look like this [url=url goes here]Click Here[/url] And remember, no spaces.
