Anyone know the whereabouts of steel player Jack Bass.
He is from Columbus Ohio. Haven't heard from him any many years.Heard he was in California for a while.

There is a name I haven't heard for a while. The last time I saw Jack was around 79. He was jamming with Deacon Morris and I think Pat Deere.

Roger, There is another name I haven't heard in a while. Deacon Morris.Where is he now?

Jack, I left Columbus in 79 but I heard that Deacon passed away. It seams like he played that steel he built forever. He was quite a guy.

Roger, Sorry to hear about Deacon.I remember the first steel he built was for J Bass. He didn't like it and gave it back.I wonder if it was the same one.
