On the actual record of that song it was the incredible Paul Franklin who you heard. But on the video I can't remember who the Actor was looking like he was actually playing. However, I do know that the 3 neck Bigsby Steel in the video was owned by Bobbe Seymour. |

On the video if you notice Ned's pickin' hand, his fingerpicks are on his middle and ring finger with the index finger bare. I've heard that it was because he played guitar before he took up steel and used a flatpick with fingerpicks on those two fingers so when he went to steel he just put away the flatpick, added a thumbpick, and left the fingerpicks where they were as he was used to having them there....JH in Va. _________________ Don't matter who's in Austin (or anywhere else) Ralph Mooney is still the king!!! |
