If the whole world had Keith Hilton's passion for detail and customer service well the world would be almost perfect.
( Free root beer would make it perfect hehehehehe)
Won't get into a long story but Keith has taken care of em as a customer above and beyond any fortune 500 corp could ever think about. I am proud that I have been able to call Him a friend for many years and appreciate all he does for steel guitar, it's players, and mostly his friends. If you don't have a Hilton product buy it you won't be sorry
Thanks Buddy

Hi Scott, Yes, Keith takes care of his customers. Backs his products all the way. Are you planning to come to Cape Girardeau in May? Would love to pick some music with you again. Three days of great swing music and good steel'n. "GOOD LORD WILL'N" I'll be there. Alan

I'm not worth comming to hear, but besides Scott, I'm sure that Harry Coffman and Chuck Hayes(both in the Swing Hall Of Fame) will be there, plus a lot of other fine musicians. There are usually several steel players who are on stage with various bands.
Thursday is mostly a jam session with a number of bands in the main hall, and a jam session going on in the adjoining room from about noon until around 10 PM. Then Friday and Saturday there are bands in the main hall from around 1PM until around 10PM and always a jam in the jam room next door.
This is put on by the Western Swing Music Society of the Southwest. If like to dance or just enjoy great swing music, this is the place to be on May 17-18-19.
Its held at the beautiful VFW Hall Post #3838, 1049 Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Alan

Thanks for starting this post Scott! I've really wanted to say something similar before now, but didn't know how to get a post started! Embarassed

I just returned a volume pedal to Keith, which had arrived damaged in the post - not Keith's fault, but I couldn't fix it here. He is sending me a new one free of charge! The shipping (across the Atlantic) alone is expensive enough! He has always bent over backwards to be helpful to me and I really appreciate that.

To be completely honest, though: so have all the other suppliers I have ever dealt with in the steel guitar business! Thanks to all of them!
