CD/DVD drive not recognized by program

Hey folk,

I have an HP machine running XP, and it's pretty much the factory set-up. I recently added the CD/DVD writing program "Prassi PrimoDVD", a program that I like quite a bit. When I attempt to use it, the program reports it can find no cd or dvd drive on the computer.

Can anyone recommend a way to get the program to see the TSST cd/dvd burner (with LightScribe) that came installed on the computer?

The program that came with it, Sonic, works fine, but the machine is not recognized by Prassi.
