This is one of my favorites by alan jsckson. Does anybody know the correct way Paul played this song. Especially the little haunting lick. I play it at 13th fret using string 1, 2, and then 4 but it just doesn't sound right. Paul just amazes me how he gets that sound. I like all the other licks, fills, and swells he uses as well.

Paul Franklin is definatley a wizard of the steel guitar. And I love his signature tone. One of these days I am going to get a Franklin psg.

Ben it's more than just the guitar for the tone,When I was a ten year old kid learning to play my little ten dollar stella guitar,I was ABSOLUTELY SURE if I had a Chet Atkins model guitar I could play just like him,WRONG,WRONG,WRONG.
