I want to personally thank all who participated in the two COPSGC seminars today. Thankyou all for your support!! We had nice classes for the E9th and the C6th. Thankyou Mr. Jim Harper for teaching the C6th class!! We gained much from your vast knowledge of playing steel guitar. You 'de-man!!

Thanks to James, Jimmy, Bob and Gerald for everything they did to facilitate another great meeting.

Folks, sorry I had to run off a bit early. I, again, saw the makings of a great jam.

Bob, thanks again for letting me use your SHO-BUD. Hopefully I gave it an "MSA transfusion" :P

I also want to add my thanks to James, Jimmy, Bob and Gerald for their dedication to see that we have a good time. For no older than our club is, having 11 PSG's and one lap steel set up in one room says a lot. Having new faces show with interest in joining says that the word is out. The fact that so many wives attend helping in many aspects is great.

I hope everyone had as much fun as I did Saturday! We had a lot of new faces as well as old in attendance and hope it keeps growing. It certainly was good to see brother Gene Jones back in good health and playing up a storm. I also want to thank George Piburn (George Boards) for laying down some beautiful melodies with his lap steel. I understand he has relocated back to Luther, Oklahoma. Welcome back "home" George. Thanks goes to James and Jim for another outstanding job with the seminars. You guys make it look so easy. I also want to thank brother Bob for the hard work and dedication he brings to keep this club rolling. And we can't forget Teresa Moorehead for making sure everyone had enough food and drinks and getting everything set up in the kitchen area. Once again, a great big "thankyou" to everyone that was able to attend. Gerald

Well sorry I missed it. Of all the transportaion we have, there was none to be had Saturday. My daughter had the pickup, son-in-law had the oldsmobile, wife had the mercury, boom truck was locked in neighbors shop. The only thing left was a couple of John Deere riding mowers, and 8 miles was a little far for them. You can bet I will be at the next one even if I have to walk.
Carroll the invitation is standing, anytime you can make it, you are welcome here. Or anyone else if you have a distance to travel. We love company.
Joe
