Hey Chad..
The last chord/note was wrong, so I whacked a note off the top.
I like the phrasing, but I'm finding it hard to block. Playing the line as a single note line wouldn't hurt either, even the first time around, like this
Tab:

                              F-
1----------|---8---8------------------------------
2----------|-8------------------------------------
3----------|-----8---8---8------------------------
4--------8-|-----------8---8---8------------------
5-----8----|-----------------8---8----6-----------
6--8-------|-----------------------8--6-----------
7----------|--------------------------------------
8----------|--------------------------6(8---------
9----------|--------------------------------------
10---------|--------------------------------------

Here's the second part. If you note where the ~~~ marks indicate to let the note ring, you'll find the chords resolve neatly. The ** indicate optional roots, which you can hit seperately after sounding the chord.

Chad, great song! I played it with Russ one time, and even sang it. Hi ho Silver was the brother to Horace who writ it. What would really sound great as if you were to turn your Emmy on the side and play it with your thumb like Ward Montgomery, Wes' brother.
