I'd appreciate your recomendations re: the best video taped steel guitar shows you've seen. I love watching the Bristol show I attended and would like to see more. Thank you |

Dear Peter,
I have 3 things available. First, I have a new DVD that was done at a show in Grand Rapids, MI in 2002 and the quality is excellent for a live recording as it was done by a TV station and used 3 cameras. I also have a video of Hal Rugg and myself done at a western swing festival in 1998. The 3rd item is a show that was done in St. Louis in 1985 which features Wade Ray and Bobby Caldwell along with a great backup band. This one is available on video or DVD. If you would like to order any of these, the first 2 are $19.95 each and the 3rd is $29.95. There is also a shipping charge of $6.00.
You know you mentioned the Bristol video, I was playing on that one too, but there was a big controversy over that as none of the players ever received any compensation.
Thanks,
Herby Wallace |
