I remember Speedy doing this instrumental but cannot
remember part 2 or the bridge.

The lap steel I used this evening to record the subject
partial instrumental is one I refurbished for someone who had it in their attic for the past 55 years.
It was designed after a Ricky.
I replaced the old D'Armond PU with the DiMarzio as shown.
New key tuners and input jack.
Nice little steel.

The song is "Steelin' Moonlight" off the Steel Guitar LP. It's a beautiful tune.

sending an MP3. Will look forward to that and learning
the song closer to the truth.

I had the LP but it went out in the clean up years ago.
