.....IMHO! Smile

This Friday, 1/12/07 @ Slim's in San Francisco. Three bands. I'll be playing with the first two, Four Year Bender and The Mother Truckers. The third band is Poor Man's Whisky, a bluegrass outfit. Show is all ages.

The second show is at Old Ironsides in Sacramento on Thursday the 18th of January with The Mother Truckers.

Dave, just wondering where the Ironsides Club is? I haven't been home for years and the last time I was, Sacto had very few venues. Over the Tower bridge into West Sac (wagon wheel)was hot and on Franklin Blvd in Sac there was the Howdy Club and the playhouse.

Joe, it's on the corner of 10th and S Streets. I don't play in Sac too much. I don't think there are a lot of venues out there.

Looks like I'm playing with the opener as well in Sacramento. My friends in the Bottom Dwellers invited me to join them at Old Ironsides on the 18th.

The show the other night in San Francisco with the Mother Truckers was excellent. I was blown away with the band so much that I went to see them the next night in San Rafael. Daves playing was soo good, he really got a chance to dig in. I would say that if you get a chance to go and see the Mother Truckers, do it, hopefully Dave or another steeler will be playing with them. Way to go Dave!
