I was in Haight Ashbury Music on Saturday and they had the Arlen Roth Lap Steel instruction video in the "bargain bin." It was on sale for 33% off @29.95. Just thought I'd let the locals know in case anyone wants it. It's not out on DVD and doesn't show up that often on glee-bay.

Herman,

I'm not trying to sell it. It's just sitting there in the video bargain bin at Haight Ashbury Music. If you really want it, call 'em up and ask them to hold it for you. Of course you'd have to drive to the City from Rohnert Park to pick it up. I just thought someone locally in the Bay Area who plays lap steel might want to buy it. It's still sealed and brand new for about 20 bucks.

Mikey, that's a good video. Arlen uses a stevens bar and no picks, and deals with E and G tuning. He touches on rock, blues and Hawaiian styles. Definitely worth having . .
