My wife and I will be in the Austin TX area Janurary 21st. Then in Del Rio on the 22nd. Does any one have any information for a good night of steel guitar music either night?
From there we are on our way to Mesa to the big show.

just south of Austin there is a little town called Greene Tx
i don't recall the name of the dance hall but everyone in town can tell you where it is , lots of big name bands play there

Calvin I looked on the TX map and could not find a Green TX. I did find a Greenvine TX but it is East and south of Austin.
Do you know any more about Green? |

Darrel, I don't know where this is, but you might want to catch it if in the area.
Also, Ginnys Little Longhorn in Austin usually has music on Sunday afternoon, you would have to call to see who is there.
Sunday eve at the Continental Club. Heybale with Red Volkhaert is on the schedule for 10pm.
