What do I do to hear these songs? All I get is A few seconds at A time and then it shuts off. Any help would be appreciated. JW Day

A man who can play steel ,and lift the hairs on the back of your neck as if he's singing a steel. Wonderful. One my all time heroes. Now that's what every steel player would dearly love to play behind.

So, WHO is the steeler? I could only see a little bit of him at the beginning of the song. Wonderful playing... And what a great perfomance by Johnny! Man, could he ever sell a song!!

I think that is Jay Andrews, he was with Paycheck for a while.

Thanks again for posting this video of Johnny. It don't get any better than this for me. I miss Johnny so much. Got to eat supper with him once...just the two of us in New York. I enjoyed talking to him so much. He was the real thing and he knew how to write and sing country music.

definatly Jay Andrews a great player.

Wish country music was like this these days, classic country song,classic country vocals, the steel was just gorgeous, this is what country WAS all about. Yes there is some left but you have to look hard.
Barry Gaskell's comments are true, a steel player who loves country would just burst to play music like that.
