this is a changer that will go into this guitars, so as you can see, nothing cheap or student about this instrument...

if you are interested in this guitar, please send an email to Promat, that way they will have an idea how many potential buyers there are, and they can calculate the price better... more guitars they sell, cheaper they will be...

my guitar is coming along nicely, I will soon have some more pictures to post, for right now price still looks to be around $2000 for the guitar and shipping to US... so far there is far more interest in this guitar from European players then guys from US... I'm thinking I should have my guitar here in a couple of months...

two more Promats with wooden necks, new SE10 Narrow will also have wooden neck... I have never owned a Promat with wooden necks, all of my guitars had aluminum necks , and they all had an amazing tone, but I'm thinking about getting one with wooden necks since players keep praising their satisfaction with the tone of wooden necks...

new Promat SE10 Narrow will also be delivered with some extra parts like springs, collars, screws etc... for easy replacement if needed...

Mine is exactly like the one in the picture (same color with the wood necks)and the tone is great. It does not have to take a back seat to any alum neck Push Pull trust me.

Dave, I believe that is a picture of your guitar... for some reason I always prefer aluminum necks, but I may try wood next time...

close to 9000 views, now we know there is interest out there for this guitar... I am super excited about my new guitar, didn't pick the color yet, but I'm thinking black, or some kind of two tone mica...after I get my guitar I will set it up at Vics place at "Steel Guitars Of Nashville" for 2-3 months, so anyone who wants to, can try it out...I believe at that point Vic will start taking orders for new Promat guitars, as an exclusive dealer for Promat in US, "Steel Guitars Of Nashville" will be place to order, service, get parts and everything else regarding Promat guitars...however, it will all depend on how good guitar will sell...all this was in works while Bobbe, who was a huge Promat fan, was still with us, but with his passing everything was put on hold, now we are trying to continue where we stopped, and hopefully with "Steel Guitars Of Nashville" we will soon have a professional representative for Promat guitars in US...

Hi Damir, just so you know, I tried contacting Promat a number of times but never got a response. I even tried the email address you gave me earlier in the thread. Hard to gauge the interest if the email/contact isn't working.

Keep us posted!

Best,
Chris

Damir,as you mentioned,Guillermo*s pickups are great, but also very expensive.I think that with T.Tone pickups,or maybe Bill Lawrence you*ll get also great tone, but for less money.Promat narrow SE 10,that I try,was with T.Tone pickups, and tone was just great.

yes, I always had Jerry's TT pickups in my Promat guitars, and it sounded great... I thought Jerry wasn't taking any more orders, and I will check again with him, if he does I will definitely order another TT for my new Promat...
