Sonny Garrish got this guitar in 1974 and used it on all his sessions from then till about ‘82 including “Two Dollars in the Jukebox†and “Lone Star Beer and Bob Wills Music†among lots of others. It ended up on the west coast for a long time till it ended up in Jim Palenscar’s shop. I acquired it from Jim three or four years ago, and besides it’s history, it plays and records magically. It’s also in the cover of the Nashville Bar Association record. I feel lucky to own it!
