I'm moving this to "Steel On The Web".

Announcements of new sites belong in this section (E&A), and that's what it started as, but now it's time to move it.

Rick asked me before he posted here if it this was the correct place. I said yes, for the new site. Thanks for asking RIck, and thanks for your work in making this part of Steel Guitar history available to everyone.
