"We are gathered here today...to say goodbye to the dear departed...he was dear...& he hath departed...thusly...the dear departed". My head stone should read...."As You Can See...I Have Finally Settled Down".
[This message was edited by Terry VunCannon on 18 June 2006 at 08:08 AM.]

I think mine might go something like this:
Here lies Roger Snively
Though he was old, he was still kinda lively
He tried to play steel, for over 50 years
But there was no one there to shed any tears

last year when I was very sick everyone tought I`m not going to make it.One day I was laying in bed waiting for the end to come when I smelled my favorite chocolate chip cookies,I barely got up and with my last atoms of power I got slowely to the kitchen thinking "I`m either in heaven or my dear wife made those for me for my last days"..I got into the kitchen and there they were, hundreds of my favorite cookies on the kitchen table..I got slowly to the table and just when I was about to grab one out of nowhere spatula smaked me on my hand and i can hear the voice of mu beloved wife.."STAY OUT OF THOSE..THEY ARE FOR THE FUNERAL"

His last words were "Beam-me-up, Scotty!" ..spoken to St. Louis' Scotty, (not Star Treks') ..and shortly after the year 2024,
..at a privy stall, somewhere on the first floor,
yep, it says: 'He's really on a roll'
That's his Headstone, above the toilet bowl!

"Here he lies, and why not?"
OR........
"Here lies (your name here). Well, he's either tunin' harps or he's tunin' b*njos!"
OR........
His last words were, "Hey y'all, watch this!"
