Only yesterday I learned about Jeff´s passing since I had been away for two weeks... this is truly devastating. Unfortunately I never got a chance to actually study with Jeff, but I´m glad that last year in St.Louis I followed Ann Fabian´s advice and attended his seminar which was about chord progressions. He had a wonderful way of explaining those things and it tremendously helped me to understand more about music. He also had a very entertaining way, a true original. The steel guitar world will never be the same without Jeff. I´m glad I at least met him once. Thank you Jeff for all you have done for us.
