.
I have 8 lap steels but the only reason that happened is that I developed a hobby
of buying junkers at pawn shops and yard sales and restoring them and getting them playable again.
I enjoy that a lot.

The two I bought new are a Duesenberg Fairytale and my latest edition below
that I received last month, a Chris Fouke baritone w/benders tuned to 'B'.
Absolutely love it.

I have stuff.
I try to make music with it.
Sometimes it works.
Sometimes it doesn't.
But I keep on trying.

77 laps, acoustics, consoles and resonators. (PSGs not included.)
Few serious musicians seem to have less than three of anything.
But don't insult serious musicians by calling me one.

A definite hazard of the profession.

Where do you keep them all! My wife notices when I just get one more. That's quite a collection Ben!
