Finger pick difficulties

I was about to give up on picks once, a long time ago. I went to a Herby Wallace seminar & told him the problem, Herby, being such a great guy, came down off the stage & bent my picks & placed them on my fingers the way they should be. I am grateful for that act of kindness - I am telling you, 'its better with picks' just takes a little time to get used to them. I thought that since I had played regular guitar for a billion years without finger picks, that I didn't need em, wrong again, I did need em its better - just keep at it & don't play without those little buggers on your fingers, you will get used to them in time & probably [although I can't guarantee it,] you will be a better player in the end!
