Best £3 I ever spent. You can also get a case for your tone/Bullet bar using a Vitamin C/M&M's plastic Tube container.

Hopefully, our administrator will allow this post since the subject is handling the bar: Buddy Emmons playing an MCI and doing...simply amazing C6th playing...watch the ending and look at his left hand twirl that bar. I have never seen a steel player twirl a bar before.

I like a round bar but a combination of age and dry hands have made it difficult. I've tried licking my fingers, that goop you use to sort money, gorilla snot and a few other tricks without much success. Quite by accident I touched some skin medicine my doctor prescribed and lo and behold I could get a good grip on the bar. The name of the stuff is mupirocin ointment. Just a bare touch is all you need and rub your fingers and thumb together. You only need such a small amount that you don't have to worry about clogging your wound strings.

That's weird. That stuff is hard to get, and I happen to have some.

I was given Mupirocin because I had a bad scrape on my ankle, and my doctor wasn't sure the regular stuff was getting the job done. He said they don't like to prescribe it because they want to hold it in reserve as bacteria become more resistant to the old antibiotics.

I do not put it on my bar. Not yet!
