Well Guys looks like Anna and I will still be here to have the Steel Guitar Jam in Coats N.C. We have had only one buyer for our home so far and they could not get the financing to buy.Guess Ray Thomas is going to get his hope that we don't sell. No just kidding Ray. We have had other people say that to us and we always sold our homes when we wanted to move. So we will see you all on the 20TH of October.

I dont think I'll be playing at this one. I just haven't had the time to practice. I may just come to watch though. I just wish I had more time to dedicate to my music.

Ben, just come play what you can, as we all have to do at times. This is not competition, its sharing a love of the steel guitar. Besides, no one could miss as many notes as I did last time. Come on and have a good time, remember life is short!
Steel buddy,

Hey Sam, looks like I'm not going to be able to make this one. We've started a regular Saturday restaurant gig from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and I'm going to ride that one out as long as it lasts. Gigs are getting harder to find each year. Lookin' forward to seeing you again somewhere down the line........Jerry in Va.

OK Guys it is one week from Tomorrow.I went to the senior center yesterday and every thing is a GO. David is going to get about 50 Hamburger patty's and ten
(10)pounds of red hot dogs and soft drinks.I'm also looking for some one to keep this Steel jam going when Anna and i move to Florida. We don't have a buyer yet so I will book another Steel Jam at the Coats senior center for late January or early February. We will see how it goes at this Jam coming up.

I cannot make it tommorrow. I was just gonna watch and socialize but I had an emergency call service today from Richmond VA and I have to be there in the morning to fix their machine. I hate to miss out on the jam but I am almost flat broke an need the overtime nonetheless.
Hope everyone has a great time.
I will make the next one I hope.
