Time trodden proponents of the advocacies pertaining to the advancement of knowledgeable intervals of consistent practice sessions, will eventually out of necessity, realize rather suddenly, that TIME plays no favorites among musicians. It is hoped that our most colorful rainbows will continue to glow at each horizon of hope. Maintaining a continued interest in many of our youthful pursuits, becomes an absolute priority.

Everything you said is true to the letter. We now know that intellectual differences have nothing to do with sustaining long-lived individuals. You can be as bright as a 100 watt bulb, or as dim-witted as a rhino, and still awaken to see the morning sun after 10 decades. It is suspected by some that musicians carry very well in advancing years. Music warms the heart, and I suspect its rhythm as well. The familiar complexities associated with advancing appreciably on the steel guitar are well known at this point in time. There is only one of a kind peculiar to exceptional differences in steel guitar performances. At this time, there is an impressive list of outstanding instrumentalists throughout the land. Each player has developed his own style featuring various clusters of embellishments, or musical nuances to melody lines. The popularity of the steel guitar has risen to new heights as of late, and is respected by our finest lead players on and off the stages.

So what was the topic about? Drifting so much it's hard to follow original posters meaning! Are you saying that if you are tired that it is difficult to practice? Sometimes hard to follow when written in such "flowerly" English. Why not write in plain simple english so we can understand your meaning to your posts. I would appreciate an unveiled answer without disguised implied threats also!

Perhaps your own personal experiences would negate at least in part your assumed feeling that I would venture beyond reasonable boundaries that extend beyond reasonable behaviorism. Your implied contention of some negative veiled threat is pure hogwash. I'm not lining up to impart words from some uncivilized part of the world. The thought of getting lost in some distant jungle, does not appeal to me. I do realize though, for some, as depicted on modern television programming, there are those who delight in going over the "edge", by taking risks that I want no part of. As we look beyond horizons, our futures are spread before us, like a huge blanket. We can visualize our music, friends, and managing our possessions to the best of our abilities. Preserving what is in our best interest should always be clear in every mind.

Everything in life is relevant. Your life is full of relevancies. Squatting beneath your steel serves to remind me of the many hours you dwindled away trying to perfect an unmanageable mechanical musical instrument. If you should rethink those precious wasted hours experimenting day after day, I trust that you realize by now that mechanical problems are best left to experts in that particular field of expertise. Attempting to achieve a wonder machine through trial and error, hardly, if ever, succeeds in carrying through to fruition. For what it's worth..JMO

I became aware of surreptitious behaviorism in grammar school. It becomes very disrupting when the end result dissuades or detracts from the the study of the pedal steel guitar. Thomas Katt contributes nil to further advancements of our musical instrument. Of this, I am certain!

I can't tell you how many of the neighbors cats that have been abandoned and left behind when they move out. Don't get me started on facts and figures that I've personally rescued over the years. We are presently feeding a young hungry black female cat that belongs to a neighbor. My wife has been feeding her tuna and chicken for the past few weeks. fini

He has spent countless hours at practice sessions and band rehearsals.Just by the way he turns his head and looks at me,I know what he likes or dislikes.
