I will be there with picks and bar in hand, but as of this moment it is unclear whether or not the other 2 members of my chamber music trio can come. I had hoped to play my set with them, and show you guys what we've been doing. But there is a good chance that won't happen and I'll play my set with the house band.

Anybody wanna volunteer to be a Mike-ette?

It's official, the other 2 members of my classical trio will not be performing with me at the show.

Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed, but on the other hand, I get to play with the great players in the house band again. You know the old saying about the silver lining.

See y'all there.

I'm also really looking forward to going to the show! This will be my first steel show ever(after playing over 30 years). About time eh?

Hope it's ok, but I guess I'm gonna play bass for Earnest Bovine, Mike Perlowin and John McClung. Can't wait to see you all there!
