This kind of people is worldwide spread, probably all related :)
I think my thing in case of encountering, sometimes with grief, mostly with humor. This guy didn't make himself, he has to live this 'wishing to be someone important life'. As all people, I will also handdle him with respect and do my thing as good as I can.
