I have been using the Jags now for three years. I like the stainless . they last forever. I put a set on and they lasted for a year and never broke a string. That was playing at least once a week and sometimes more and playing at home most days for practise. My Sierra likes them. I think I have broken two strings min three years . the fourth and fifth. Jag's are a great string, and bOb's servise is great also. Two or three days for delivery, and the price is right.

Yes. After replacing d'Addarios to Jagwires (Russ Hick's series), I can really feel a difference, fuller sound and better playability. One reason is that III , V and VI strings have bigger diameter.

Gentlemen, please change your strings more often than once a year even if they ain't broke !
They are just strings and they are not supposed to last as long as the Instrument.
thank you for your attention to this matter...

I agree with Tony!
Also, if you usually use Jagwires, try some Cobra Coils.

I would like to hear your comments about the differences, if any.

i love the cobra coils ..a friend gave me sets for both necks. they're the best!
if someone will give me full sets of jagwires which i've never tried, i'll say they're the best, too!
