No, Roy, that should be nothing ever ends. I think.
Anyway, how can you tell where the end is if there's nothing there to measure?

It's like the Universe....which came from....well.....NOTHING!
Despite all the silly claims from the Big Bang theorists, the Universe has no beginning and no end.

Before the Big Bang there was nothing, surely? This thread is in danger of being about SOMETHING if we're not careful, but I wouldn't mind betting that all the positive and negative matter and other forms of energy that presently exist would add up to zero, and THE UNIVERSE is quite an inspiring topic.

This early in the morning, after reading Nothing, I feel like doing Nothing. Maybe I should go on over to the procrastinators thread.... well maybe later. After I finish doing nothing.

When did the big bang happen, I heard nothing. The closest thing to a big bang I have heard was when a band member ate a bowl of beans for supper.

Just wait til it gets to "4321". Do you suppose nothing will become nothing then?

You can read all 4321 responses and they all relate to Nothing. I guess this IS about nothing! Now bend over and say ahhh... It won't hurt, it's nothing.

Some people get all worked up over nothing.

Others are scared of nothing.

Nothing bothers me.

No More Nothing!

Post by Dan Kelly »

Here's a classic "tear jerker" written about our favorite topic - NOTHING. The pithy lyrics are only outdone by the beautiful, haunting and ethereal melody.

The lyrics (below) show an intense struggle with the existential tension between continuing this thread, ad infinitum, and the reality that, yes, nothing will end at some point; maybe not in our lifetimes... or even our children's or our grandchildren's or our great grandchildren's (well, you get the idea) lifetimes, but the reality is that nothing WILL end.

Please, please, I beg of you please, pause, take a moment out of your busy lives to ponder, contemplate and meditate on these deep, meaningful and poetic lyrics while I work out a pedal steel break to complement and compliment this wonder-laden sonic delight.

These 170 pages of comments regarding NOTHING are well worth reading if you have NOTHING to do all day.
Bob Knight you have a lot to answer for.
Apart from that, there's NOTHING more to say. NOTHING ,
