Ok......here we go.
DAY 1
First take 2 liter water.
Cut up 3 unions and put them in the water together with 1 kilo of split beans.
Put in some beanherbs(if you can find any.
Now let this just stand in the pot for a night.

DAY 2
Put the pot on the cooker and make it boil.
When it boils you put in carrots, turnip celery,leek,2potatoes.
Let it boil for half hour and then you put in a big sausage and a pig tail or foot.
Let the pot boil long enough.
You will have to keep stirring the soup.
Just be carefull that you use enough ingredients because the soup should be a bit thick.
Thick enough that when you let go of your spoon it stays up straight.
After you put the pig tail or foot in you wait a little while and then you put in a nice juicy and big smoked sausage in there
Let it boil softly for another 30 minutes and voila.

Day 3
EAT!!!!!

Sounds like a classic. Love them pork butts!

A lot like what I just put in the pressure cooker this evening.
But I put in 2 big 3" leg slices of beef shin on the bone, white beans and a lot of leeks and an dried herb bundle. And I kept out the carrots.
I love carrots raw, and just flash cooked, but over cpooked I have never liked.

Ron that sounds like great eating day 3.
Got any more?
