Daniel, that was at a day long series of concerts for Mike Kelly, a very influential artist, who was also supposed to be playing with the LA Free Music Society, but he had just killed himself.
Everything was recorded and video-ed, but I haven't seen or heard, any of it yet.

This was "Old Friends" 85-86...Walnut-stained Super-Pro with metal necks. The guitarist(off camera) and Bassist were brothers and sang great "Beatles" harmonies!
