Could a 1 1/4" hollow 8-string bar be made? Just curious - like the size and have been using a plexiglass bar, which actually sounds excellend - but I'm wondering what a metal bar would sound like, while still keeping weight down.

Hi Jim,Yes I can make it, I made a special bar for Leon Mc that was real light weight and was 4" long. He needed it because of his hands, he couldn't grip a smaller bar.
But what size or length are you looking for?

Hi Bill

I sent you a e-mail with my special request. Hope you can help me also. Mine can also be a 12 string in length.
If Mr. John Hughey said it works, that is all it takes for me.

Thanks Up Front

Jim, if you want to send in your mailing address and the bar that you want as I'm filling the orders first, this will assure you that you won't have to wait a longer time to get your bar.
Anyone else that's wanting the new bar needs to send in your request and mailing address so Shirley can have it made out and ready to ship when I'm done with the bars.
I can't get them all done 1140 bars, but I'll have the up front orders shipped and have a few at Scotty's for the convention.
Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,
Please put me down for a couple of the new bars. I'm sure as the Alabama Gang sees them, they will be ordering their own.
