The lick as the tune goes to the II major (A7) is really great, I had to figure it out and tab it.

I think its something like this second line is alternate using the B - A# change

Reggie's playing on this clip is second to none! I'm sure by his tone and technique, that it is also indicative of his playing in general. Excellent Reggie!!

Now that's what Steel Guitar is supposed to sound like. Thanx Reggie

Reggie I remember when you first post that clip.....I found out what type of Camera that was used to record you playing this tune, I believe from you, and went out and bought one. It is a Sony MVC-FD92 Digital Camera, for those who might be interested in knowing. The only bad thing about it is 60 seconds is all it will record at a time. The sound of you playing that break is as good as it gets in a live situation in my opinion.
To my ear......you were getting that "Emmons Sound". GREAT JOB!

Thank you Tony! Incidentally, we have found a video clip of the same band, The Country Village Band, with my wife singing...with me on steel. Check it out... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXdPgw0l9lM&mode=related&search=

My goodness Reggie. "Something out of Nothing" is awesome. That is a "tasty as Hughey" solo combined with a tone that makes me listen to it over and over.

I don't get on here much anymore, but this post is a thrill for me. Thanks for posting.

Best regards,

If you sound like that on a video clip, I can't imagine what you sounded like in the room! Great, Reggie!
