I have been doing a lot of document scanning lately and I am set up for scanning to searchable PDF files. The thing to do here is send it to me so I can scan it. Then everyone can have it at once-- even print it out in its original form.
I'll send the original right back and email Clive a pdf attachment.

Just a bump to check on the book's whereabouts. I'd like to check it out when my turn comes around. Thanks for the opportunity, Clive!

Just a heads up... I found out there are 4 copies of this book in our Public Library. You might check in your area (they may have an online catalog, too).

IT'S ME,the book is on my music room shelf and I have been soooooooo delinquent in accomplishing this feat. OK fellas, keep pestering me and I'll get this done right away. Squeaky wheels make noise. I think Crowbear is next on the list. I've got the software to do the work, now to get it done.

Someone ought to check with Rusty before creating and distributing a PDF of his book...
Just a thought... I know if it was me, even if it was out of print, I'd want to be asked...

Oops, I thought this issue was cleared. Somebody want to readdress it?

I don't know that is hasn't been ok'd- but I don't remember seeing anywhere that it had been, either ...
I think the original idea was to share a hardcopy of the book, sent from person to person to glean what they could from it.
I'm not playing copyright police, I'm just pointing out, like I said- if'n it was my book, I would appreciate folks at least askin' before distributing my work hither and yon digitally
