I would get the Target one with the extra tracks. Ebay has the DVD for $.02 right now with only one bidder. Apparently people are buying the WM combo DVD/CD and dumping the DVD on ebay.

If people are dumping the DVD on FleaBay that's a huge mistake! I had an unfortunate incident with Ms McBride several years ago---might have been just a bad day BUT I wasn't the only one affected by some diva-like behavior on her part. Since that day I've been a bit unimpressed with her outside that wonderful, powerful voice. The DVD shows a very human, talented musician who has matured into a better performer and one heck of a producer.

In short the DVD really impressed me and I've now found a new respect for Martina. Maybe those who are dumping the DVD were ahead of me there?? LOL

Love "Timeless"---great to hear country music again!

J.W.,

That was good of you not to hold that against her. Thats what its all about.

I was delivering a steel guitar repair job to a guy one time and had my @$$ handed to me for no reason at all by his singer, who was a practicing "Diva". She later told me she was sorry, just having a rough day and I let it slide.

Without mentioning any names, she was a big enough star to where I wouldn't have blown her any crap back anyway, even though she was being a Bitche`, LMAO!

Please allow me to express a little different take on this subject, After hearing all the hooplah over this album I also went out and bought a copy. Perhaps my expectations were a little high..but I found it to be one of the most mediocre "country" efforts I've ever heard from an artist of that stature. I'm not knocking the musicians by any means or her singing, even though she is not hardly one of my favorites. Mainly,IMHO, she could have made some better decisions as a producer. Hearing Paul "having to play" the licks on "Rose Garden" that Hal had so tastefully played many moons ago just rubbed me the wrong way. Of course, the whole project was based on this concept. I would have been a whole lot more intrigued by what Paul, Brent, and the guys would have played if left to their own(spectacular) devices. It seems to be working for Alan Jackson who has enough "savvy" to let them do exactly that. Perhaps it would have inspired Martina to have "stretched" a little and result in a more modern "classic" country record. We all seem to be yearning for "good old country", but does that mean reproducing the same old songs..the same old way? She didn't choose a Patsy Cline tune...hmmm..I wonder why....RK
