I got this from Bobbe this weekend. If you think the clip is good, the CD will knock your socks off. The arrangements and back-up musicians are top notch, and Bobbe's tone and execution are out of this world. Bobbe & Stu with a tribute to Faron...that's a winner. However, I'm pushing for Priceless II. It should have been a box set to start with. What do you say guys...let's ride him about it!

I've already told you how much I love that steel on Rose City Chimes but I wanted to mention the fiddle playing is beautiful also. Probably some body that's been playing at least a couple months.

Howard! Enjoyed the fiddle players huh?, you should have heard them after they tuned up!
I complimented them on the nice major seventh chord they put on the end of one song, and they said, what major seventh? That was supposed to be a plain major chord!

(I guess being out of tune can help once in a while! Never hurt my career!)

Yea, "Rocky Top" sure is a weird version, but we all had fun doing it that day, I had some of the old Barbra Mandrell band playing on this cut. A crazy bunch they were too! Mike Toppins of the Bill Anderson group played banjo,and lead guitar,a multi talented guy!

Yes Jody, I'm so glad I'll be able to meet you in person along with so many of my forum friends and customers in CT this coming fall. I wish I could have made it last year but my double booking didn't permit it. My fault.

Bobbe, I can't wait for your next CD. Your latest release has really inspired me. Your rendition of "Tennessee Watlz" is one of my favorites. Thanks for including it among the "Classics". What great feeling and emotion in an old standard..especially your special touch after the piano break....thanks. Wish you and Lloyd would do some work together. That would be amazing, and historical.
