The Palace is on the corner of McGavock Pike and Music Valley Drive and has been for thirty years. Right across from the Opryland Hotel.
If your thinking of gig prospects, don't get your hopes up. From what I hear you could throw a grenade in there and not hurt anybody buisness is so bad.
There have been alot of steel players who've worked there and at one time it was a prestigious job to have as far as club gigs here goes. But, those days are over. Paul Franklin was the first and I was the last with a bunch in between. Steel guitars in the Palace is just pages in history now.
But who knows what the future will hold.
